2nd–3rd grade acting

This class gives young actors the building blocks of stage performance. Through monologues, scene study, and improvisation, students will explore how to create dynamic characters, make strong choices on stage, and work together as an ensemble. Designed for young actors who are ready to stretch their skills, this class builds confidence, discipline, and creativity in a supportive environment.

 
Learning Objectives:

  • Learn to use voice, body, and facial expression to create characters
  • Strengthen focus, listening, and ensemble awareness through theatre games
  • Explore storytelling and improvisation to spark creativity
  • Develop confidence speaking and performing in front of others
  • Practice working as a team in scenes and group activities
  • Gain an introduction to basic stage vocabulary and theatre etiquette

  

 

2nd 3rd Grade Musical Theatre

2nd–3rd grade musical theatre

This class is designed for young performers with an interest in musical theatre. Students will explore acting, singing, and movement, learning how to combine all three elements to create dynamic, confident performances. This class helps students build both performance and life skills, including teamwork, focus, and self-confidence.

 
Learning Objectives: 

  • Develop foundational skills in acting, singing, and movement
  • Learn to use voice, body, and imagination to create characters
  • Strengthen focus, listening, and collaboration through ensemble activities
  • Practice singing with expression and confidence in a group setting
  • Explore storytelling through short songs, scenes, and choreography
  • Gain an introduction to stage presence, theatre vocabulary, and performance skills
