2023-24 TheatreSchool Policies

The TheatreSchool year will consist of (26) twenty-six weekly classes from September 11th, 2023 –April 26th, 2024.
Classes run in two semesters, ten weeks in the fall and 16 weeks in the spring.
You will automatically be enrolled in the spring semester unless we are otherwise notified.
30 days’ notice is required to drop a TheatreSchool class. If tuition has already been charged for the month, there will be no prorated refunds for classes not attended.
Scheduled closures, school vacations, and holidays have been accounted for and you are not paying for weeks TheatreSchool is closed. Please reference the calendar for TheatreSchool closures.
Tuition is charged monthly on auto-pay. Monthly payments of $90 are charged on the 1st of every month, September - April (excluding December).
NO tuition will be charged in December, due to the holiday closing.

We offer a 10% sibling discount.
No refunds

Monthly tuition payments of $90.00 are charged on the 1st of every month, September - April (excluding December).

Two make-up classes are allowed per semester. Make-ups may be taken in alternate sections of age and level appropriate classes.
We do not offer additional make-ups for holidays, weather closures, or other instances when TheatreSchool might be closed.
Should you miss a scheduled make-up class, it may not be rescheduled.

Parents/Drivers should plan to drop off and pick up children on time.
Parents/Drivers of children under age 7 MUST wait until the teacher or teacher’s assistant takes the child into the classroom.
Parents/Drivers can pull up in the front of the building to drop off students for class, but they must park and walk to the front for dismissal. We WILL NOT utilize a carline for dismissal any longer.

Students can participate with their class(es) in Playfest on Saturday, April 27th. Participation is optional and does incur an extra cost of $30, but you must notify us either way of your participation when asked in February.
Playfest will be a ticketed event with each student receiving two complimentary tickets to the show. The remaining tickets will be available for purchase.
