Charleston Stage, in residence at the Historic Dock Street Theatre and celebrating its 46th season, is South Carolina’s largest Resident Professional theater company and one of South Carolina's leading arts institutions. Charleston Stage's 46th season includes six MainStage productions, two Family Series shows, and a series of education programs that reach over 20,000 youth annually. The Costume Shop Manager is a full-time position that plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the costume shop, ensuring that all costume-related needs for productions are met with high quality, efficiency, and creativity. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of costume design and production processes. The Costume Shop Manager will supervise a team of costume staff 3-4 staff members, maintain an organized costume inventory, and collaborate with designers, directors, and other departments to bring the artistic vision to life.
